This critical role is ideal for an experienced construction leader who can confidently manage subcontractors, ensure project execution meets top-tier standards, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Initially a one project contract, this position offers the opportunity for long-term placement or relocation upon project extension. This is a contract base jobs of a 6-12 month contracts with possibility to extend depends on performance and a 1099 work. Required Qualifications: • Proven 2+ years of experience in a Superintendent or Foreman role within commercial construction. • Strong understanding of construction management, subcontractor oversight, and site safety. • Ability to read and interpret construction schedules and specifications. • Excellent communication skills, especially in coordinating with clients and PMs. • Self-sufficient, reliable, and detail-oriented. • Valid Driver's License. • Personal transportation and smartphone required for job-related duties. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience managing federal or government construction projects. • Familiarity with commercial renovation or ground-up projects.
