Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mason/Stone Hanger to install Architectual Precast Concrete to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work, including experience with Pre-Cast Concrete Installation stucco, plaster, and concrete finishing. This role involves working on various construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities • Perform masonry work including the installation • Experience with Pre-Cast Concrete Hanging A MUST. • Experience in Grouting Joints of Stone a MUST • Installation of Concrete Flat Panels & Moulding Trim • Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements. • Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate material and labor assessments for projects. • Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements • Proven experience as a Mason or in a similar role within the construction industry. • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans. • Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and concrete finishing processes. • Experience with Pre Cast Concrete Hanging A MUST. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship. • Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed. • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
