Experience and Qualifications • Develop and implement programs and nests for plasma tables, tube lasers, flat lasers, and press brakes to meet production specifications. • Experience with sheet metal and/or structural steel fabrication required. • Maintain detailed documentation of all programming activities, including program files, setup sheets, and tooling information. • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues during production. • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements. • Ability to meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines. • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with CAD and/or CAM software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD, Boost, OmniWIN). • Basic knowledge of Global Shop or similar ERP systems. • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
