Position Location: Omaha, NE Position Overview: The main focus of a CNC Machinist Level I; to learn methods that utilize manufacturing equipment to provide value added services for customers. Position that is intended to advance to a CNC Machinist Level II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Demonstrate ability to follow safety rules. • Conducts self in professional manner. • Demonstrate abilities to follow on the job training instructions. • Monitor fluid levels of machine, and report any maintenance needed to Department Lead. • Demonstrate ability to read blue prints and inspect parts with specified measuring devices. • Complete job order documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards. • Load/unload parts in provided work holding method per setup. • Must be able to repeatably load and unload work pieces up to 50 lbs. each • Deburr parts as required. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time. • Maintain clean work area.
