As a CNC Programmer, you will work independently and alongside the shop manager to analyze drawings/sample parts and create machining programs. Responsibilities: • Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes, based on engineering drawings and specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. • Utilize SolidWorks software to create 3D models and generate tool paths. • Set up CNC machines and ensure quality control of parts according to programmed instructions. • Maintain documentation of programming changes, tooling requirements, and machine settings. Positions require frequent weekend work. Pay: Starting rate of $26.36 - $28.51/hr. Night shift will receive an additional $1.50/hr for night shift differential.
