CNC Machinist

Qualifications: • Experienced in setting-up and operating of CNC equipment. • Experienced in use inspection equipment. • Experience with Haas controls and Fanuc controls • Experienced doing 3+2 axis milling and 5 axis milling • Experienced in G-code and writing programs. • MUST have experience using Fusion 360 CAD/CAM software. • Creative thinking and problem solving skills • Ability to work in fast paced work environment • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints Job Duties: • Operate CNC emachines and do set ups. • Program CNC machines using Fusion 360 • Edit, make offsets and tool changes on CNC machines • Select and find tooling required for jobs • Do in process inspection of parts to print specification • Will make prototypes and medium production runs • Work on CNC turning and vertical milling centers with 4 axis and 5 axis capabilities. • Work and program Fanuc Robot • Work on parts in wide variety of industries (military, medical, commercial electronics, communications, industrial) Work Environment: Clean well lighted shop Air Conditioned Full Time 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6am to 3am Competitive wages determined by experience and qualifications Health Insurance offered along with dental and vision. CNC Machinist- 4th Shift

Pay: This position pays $32.55/hr, plus any applicable shift differential 4th Shift : Thursday 10pm-6am Friday 10pm-10am , Saturday 10pm-10am , Sunday 10pm-6amAs a CNC Machinist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our Aerospace (AERO) business unit. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts for aerospace applications. Your expertise in machining and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.YOU MUST HAVE • 2+ years of experience with setting up & operating CNC equipment • In lieu of 2 years of set-up & operation experience, an associates machining technology degree is acceptable. • Computer skills that demonstrate the ability to use CNC interfaces to read, run and edit computer-based machine job programs WE VALUE • Satisfactory Completion of geometric tolerancing ACE course or equivalent. • 40 hours of CNC training and 6 months evaluation period or 1800 hours of vocational machinist training or equivalent outside machine shop experience with a 60 Day Review and 6 months evaluation period • Experience in aerospace manufacturing • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
