Position: SKIP JOB CNC OperatorCNC Operator Your tasks • Operate and monitor automatic CNCs Centers and fully automatic assembly line machines to ensure efficient and qualitive production of the parts. • Quality controls of the parts with manual gauges. • Adjust and Change of Cutting tools at the CNCs • Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Machining & assembly to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality. • Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections. Your profile • Strong knowledge of chemical processes, testing methods, and plant maintenance. • Previous experience in e-coating or passivation strongly preferred • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines. • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting chemical or mechanical plant systems. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and logs. • Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Associate degree or vocational training in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field required. • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. • 2+ years of experience in a chemical plant, foundry, or industrial environment preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge of chemical handling, wastewater treatment, and process analysis. • Prior training in safety, environmental compliance, or quality assurance is strongly preferred. • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout industrial facilities for extended periods. • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds. • Manual dexterity to handle tools, instruments, and equipment. • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection. • Tolerance for working in varying environmental conditions (heat, noise, chemical exposure).
