The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine operation, with certifications in multiple machine operator fields. They should be knowledgeable in operating complex machinery, including hydraulic presses, and have the ability to set up machines with multiple tolerances. To succeed in this role, you will need to complete a comprehensive training program that covers safety equipment and guarding, lock-out tag-out procedures, startup and routine operation, part changeovers, die changes, crane operation, inspection, daily preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting techniques. Job Overview: This role involves operating computer-controlled machine tools to produce and repair precision metal tools and dies for use in manufacturing processes.
