Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): • Willing and able to work any shift assigned. • 3+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience. • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting machine code data (MCD). • 3+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, electrical schematics, and reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings. • 3+ years of work experience in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • 3+ years of team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience. • 3+ years of experience using manual mill and lathe machines. • 3+ years of experience setting up and fixtures, operating, and programming CNC machines, i.e. with 3 and 5 axis CNC machines. • 3+ years of experience setting up NC/CNC machines, including probing and using dial indicators to establish set points.
