Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining. - Experience in running and maintaining metal working equipment: mills, lathes, grinders, saws. - Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings. - Proficient in MS Office suite. - Experience in programming CNC machines. - Proficiency with CAD/CAM for design and prototyping; SolidWorks experience for CAD. - Knowledge of basic material properties for manufacturing. - A good understanding of a startup environment. - High school diploma or GED equivalent.
