EQ United - CNC Operator > CNC Operator CNC Operator CNC Operator Description EQ Systems manufactures hydraulic lifting and leveling systems for horse trailers, motorhomes, fifth wheels, motorsports, and specialty vehicles. We are currently searching for energetic and dedicated CNC Operators who will be a part of our growing team providing our customers with the high level of service and products they have come to expect. CNC Operator Duties • Load raw materials into machine tools and ensure proper alignment and positioning. • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components. • Troubleshoot machine errors and malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. • Document production activities, including machine settings, tool changes, and production quantities. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: • Conscientious, thorough, and efficient, taking pride in their work. • Lift up to 50lbs repetitively during Shift • Able to work flexible hours if needed • Ability to operate a powered industrial forklift. (Maintenance) • Ability to operate various hand tools.
