We are currently searching for energetic and dedicated CNC Operators who will be a part of our growing team providing our customers with the high level of service and products they have come to expect. CNC Operator Duties • Load raw materials into machine tools and ensure proper alignment and positioning. • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components. • Troubleshoot machine errors and malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. • Document production activities, including machine settings, tool changes, and production quantities. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: • Conscientious, thorough, and efficient, taking pride in their work. • Lift up to 50lbs repetitively during Shift • Able to work flexible hours if needed • Ability to operate a powered industrial forklift. (Maintenance) • Ability to operate various hand tools.
