CNC Operator CNC Operators needed in for a manufacturing company in Hillsdale, MI. We have open positions on 2nd and 3rd shift! Starting pay is $17-$18.50 based on shift. CNC Operator Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $17.00 to $18.50 /hour • Full Time work available • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) • Will be training on 1st shift, 7am-3pm at $17.00 per hour. • Once moved to 2nd shift, hours are 3pm-11pm at $18.50 per hour. • One moved to 3rd shift, hours are 11pm-7am at $18.00 per hour. • Will be operating a CNC and Robot Machining Center. • Responsible for quality of product produced. • Will be working with gauges and performing visual inspection of parts and tooling. • Tool changes • Reading blueprints CNC Operator Qualifications: • Steel toes are recommended. • High school diploma and/or GED required. • Comfortable lifting 50 pounds. • Able to work overtime and weekends if scheduled. • Previous CNC experience is required. • Able to read gauges and blueprints. • Strong attendance is required. • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
