Blow Molding Technician- SECOND SHIFT Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Blow Molding Technician to operate and maintain blow molding machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of plastic products while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate blow molding machines according to production specifications. • Monitor the production process to ensure quality and efficiency. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime. • Adjust machine settings to optimize production and quality. • Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. • Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and timelines. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. • Proven experience as a Blow Molding Technician or similar role. • Strong understanding of blow molding processes and machinery. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures.
