Job Overview Hudson Aquatic Systems is looking for a reliable, skilled Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating a variety of machines to produce high-quality components for our underwater treadmill systems. Responsibilities • Operate and maintain drill press, lathe, and simple CNC machines • Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings • Set up machines and tooling for efficient production • Inspect and measure completed parts to ensure accuracy and quality • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area • Collaborate with the fabrication and assembly teams as needed Qualifications • Previous experience operating drill press, lathe, and CNC machinery is required • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Self-motivated and dependable • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 10 hour shift • Day shift Supplemental Pay: • Overtime pay Work Location: In person

Machine Operator

About the position Responsibilities • Operate machines completing one or more processes towards the manufacturing of fluid mounts, torque rods, or components. • Perform as a team member in the operation, which requires the ability to learn different types of machines (welding, molding, or assembly) and able to rotate to all workstations within the area. • Perform job within acceptable safety, environment, quality, productivity, and performance standards as outlined in plant policies and applicable work instructions. • Ability to stoop, bend, lift, twist on a regular basis; ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. • Able to lift repetitively up to 30 lbs. • Work overtime as required/requested. • Ability to work all 3 shifts. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. • Ability to read and understand standard work, directions, charts and control plans. • Must have good work history. • Manufacturing experience is preferred (but not required).
