Our castings are mainly used to assemble fire hydrants which are then shipped across the county. We take pride in producing quality castings that help keep people safe. We start our new hires in our "clean up" department. This is where we clean up metal castings with air tooling, grinding wheels, shot blasters and robots. For more information, please visit SHIFT LAN – Shift 2A ($1.50) (United States of America - Michigan) BRIEF OVERVIEW The Machine Operator position contributes to the production of medical devices by operating and performing basic set ups of CNC 3 and multi axis machines, with the ability to identify machine coordinates as applicable to the program. He/she is responsible for running multiple and varying CNC machines simultaneously, such as Mills, Lathes and EDMs. In addition, may be required to operate manual machine tools to cut, drill, shape where applicable.
