Cnc Mill Machinist

Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our 1st shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various horizontal and vertical mills, interpreting detailed blueprints, and ensuring precision in parts with tight tolerances. The role requires proficiency with Fanuc controls and G/M Code. Responsibilities • Operate and manage horizontal and vertical mills efficiently. • Read and interpret in-depth blueprints accurately. • Complete offsets and change tooling as required. • Utilize precision measurement tools to ensure tight tolerances (+/- .0008). • Ensure all parts meet client specifications. • Work with Fanuc controls, specifically G/M Codes. • Perform setups and adjustments as necessary. • Maneuver 350 lb castings with hoist assistance. Essential Skills • 5+ years of experience with CNC Mills (Vertical or Horizontal). • Proficiency in Fanuc controls and G/M Codes. • Experience working with tolerances of +/- .0008. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Experience with micrometers, calipers, and depth mics. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience using dial gauges. • NIMS Certification in CNC Machining. • Ability to understand and read program language. Why Work Here?
