Job Summary The Machinist and Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, focusing on optimizing efficiency, minimizing material waste, and ensuring that production meets specified quality requirements. This position will manage all primary production activities, capital, and process development projects, and provide excellent technical knowledge. Full budgetary responsibility for the machining department is required, along with driving continuous improvement principles. Qualifications and Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience, required. • 5+ years of project management experience. • 5+ years leadership experience. • 5-10 years’ professional experience in a machining / manufacturing environment. • Prior experience in inventory management, preferred. • Remanufacturing experience a bonus but not required. • Experience with CAD and programming required. • Experience in lean manufacturing techniques. • Must possess an Entrepreneurial Spirit.
