Job Description Die-Tech is an internationally recognized leader in the use of advanced CNC’s in the manufacture of Die-cast Dies, Plastic Injection Molds and Aerospace components. We are seeking experienced CNC machinists to join our team and grow their career working with some of the most advanced machinery in use today. This posting is for an opportunity to work in the Die & Mold and Aerospace industries on a wide range of world class 5-axis CNC Machining Centers. Candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of products including Rapid Prototyping, Aerospace component machining, and extensive machining for Die and Mold tooling components to be used in a variety of industries. Minimum of 4 years CNC machining experience required Responsibilities and Duties: Set-up and operate CNC machining centers (3-Axis, 5-Axis, 5-Axis Gun Drill). Understand and properly use precision measurement tools. PLC and CNC program editing / modification. Load and set up all tooling and fixturing to ensure specified dimensions are met. Understand jobs in process, communicate with project engineers regarding manufacturing methods and estimates of machine run times. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment. Plan machining work-flow. Qualifications and Skills: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Working knowledge of engineering drawings and print reading and tolerancing. Understanding of cutting tool utilization and machining efficiency. Strong math skills. Safe use of material handling equipment such as overhead cranes, lifting slings, magnets, and fork lifts. Strong communication skills and problem solving ability needed to work with engineering team regarding problems and process improvement. CAD/CAM software experience a plus.
