Required Qualifications: • 3+ years in 5-axis CNC machining, ideally on Onsrud, with a track record of creative and productive contributions—including fixture design. • Expert in Fusion 360 for innovative programming and simulation. • Deep knowledge of G-code, tooling, feeds/speeds, and multi-axis tactics, focused on productivity gains. • High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification preferred. • Skilled in reading complex blueprints and GD&T, with strong creative interpretation. • Proven leadership, detail-oriented problem-solving, and ability to thrive independently or guide teams.
