Senior CNC Machinist

About Us Premier Industries is a family-owned manufacturing company specializing in custom machinery, automation equipment, tooling, fixtures, gages, and component fabrication. We design, build, and test machines using our in-house engineers, welding department, machine shop, and assembly area. The machinist is expected to machine various parts and components from detailed drawings with guidance from the machine shop supervisor. Most work is low-volume, non-repeat work, which provides a lot of job variety and opportunity for career growth. Depending on the machinist's abilities and experience, they could be working on a CNC vertical machining center, CNC lathe, manual mill, lathe, and/or boring mill. Premier Industries will also teach how to use this equipment to a candidate if they are interested in learning and expanding their abilities. Work will range from simple parts with loose tolerances to high-precision components based on customer demand and the candidate’s abilities. Qualifications The ideal candidate will: · Have 5+ years of machining experience · Be confident and capable in their machining skills on at least a mill or lathe. Currently looking for a skilled Machine Operator to fill a direct hire position with one of our companies in Monroe, MI. Interested candidates should have 1 year of previous machine operating experience and basic math skills and mechanical aptitude. CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC machinist to join our industrial manufacturing team. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components.
