CNC Programmer / Operator (Haas Lathe & VMC)

Requirements and responsibilities: • Program, set up, operate and maintain CNC lathes & CNC vertical machining centers (Haas, etc) • Minimum five (5) years experience (REQUIRED) • Expert knowledge of G- & M-codes (manual programming) • CAM software experience helpful (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, etc.) • Complete programming and setup directly from drawing, comprehension of detailed drawings, attention to detail • Ability to use and understand various measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc), GD&T and SPC methods • Excellent ability working and communicating well with others (team mentality) • Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures • Completing control charts, process paperwork • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record • Working within other departments may be required (screw machine, secondary operations) • Material handling, cleaning of finished parts (able to lift 40#) Day shift, 40 hour work week, 4 x 10 hour days.
