Superior Forge & Steel Corporation is currently hiring a Rough Turn Operator Trainee (CNC Machinist) for our operation in Lima, Ohio. If you are looking to learn a trade, this is the job for you!!! The Rough Turn Operator trainee is a member of our Machining Department responsible for operating a CNC lathe to machine our forged rolls. Applicants for this role must be able to do their training on 1st shift before being transitioned to 2nd or 3rd shift. Minimal previous experience required. Candidate must show a desire and ability to learn. Good work ethic and attendance is a must. Starting wage for this position is $22.20/hr., with .50 pr hr increases every 6 months until the established top rate of pay is achieved. Benefit/insurance package, 8 paid holidays, 401K, PTO, Vacation, Paid Relief Days, $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS, and this position is eligible for the Production Incentive Program.
