Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring quality control, and fabricating products according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and the ability to read blueprints effectively. Duties • Operate machines and other equipment to manufacture components as per production schedules. • Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to ensure products meet strict quality standards. • Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain product integrity. • Collaborate with team members to package finished products for shipment. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience • Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing facility is preferred. • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and fabrication processes. • Experience with quality control measures and precision measuring instruments is essential. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. CNC Operator/Programmer

Overview Must Have Programming Experience We are looking for an experience CNC Machinist/ Programmer. We currently have Hardinge, Nomura, QuickTech CNC lathes with 12-ft. bar feeders. We run all Fanuc controllers and have Autodesk Fusion. Applicant must be capable of defining processes, programming, setup, tool selection etc. Must be a hard worker and have good attendance. Pay is based on experience. Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The CNC Operator will be responsible for: • The setup and operation of designated machine including programming • Produce minimum daily production quantities • Maintaining a clean and safe work area • Inspect own work during the production process and make proper adjustments as needed Minimum qualifications and experience requirements • Prior experience in programming CNC machines required • The ability to lift 50 lbs. and be able to stand for whole shift • The ability to read order forms, measuring instruments, calipers and micrometers • Good understanding of math including decimals and fractions • Ability to learn and follow instructions • Must have prior experience in machining steel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $37.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Day shift Ability to Commute: • Sandusky, OH 44870 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Sandusky, OH 44870: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
