Responsibilities and Duties • Operation of CNC mills and lathes • Ability to multitask, keeping multiple machines running efficiently in a job cell. • Inspection of parts using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, etc. • Adjust offsets in the machine to maintain tolerances. • Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision. Qualifications and Skills • Must be 18 or older. • Mathematically competent. • Able to stand for the entire shift. • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds. • Once trained, requires minimal supervision. • Experience is not required. • Strict time management with self and other employees to support a productive work environment. • Excellent on-time attendance. • Ability to work on a busy manufacturing floor.
