Job Title: CNC Setup Machinist Job Description We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team, offering opportunities on both the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role involves setting up and operating machines to perform precise operations on projects with exacting tolerances and aesthetic requirements. You will work with advanced 5-axis machining technology and a variety of equipment, ensuring top-notch production quality across multiple industries. Responsibilities • Set up machines using methods involving edge finders and indicators. • Qualify first piece production through inspections, fine-tune and operate machines. • Work with equipment such as 3 Axis / Fadal, Okuma, Makino, and Mazak Mills. • Operate and monitor both manual and CNC machines. • Collect data from blueprints, plans, and work orders to complete inspection sheets. • Enter instructions into CNC equipment based on programmer decisions. • Operate multiple machines simultaneously. • Troubleshoot issues with machine programming. • Follow safety procedures and regulations. • Collaborate with engineers, management, and other team members. • Inspect and maintain equipment, including performing PMP duties. • Demonstrate familiarity with CMM, calipers, mics, depth mics, and gage pins. • Utilize various tooling types such as endmill, bullnose, ballnose, chamfer mills, drills. • Display attention to detail and good listening skills. Essential Skills • Mastercam/Cad/Cam knowledge. • Ability to work as a team. • Ability to follow work instructions. • Knowledge and experience in 3 and 5 axis CNC machining. • Understanding of decimal system. • Proficiency in GD&T and G and M Codes. • Familiarity with controllers such as Heidenhein, Fanuc, Okuma, Hurco, Makino Pro 5 & Pro 6. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 3-10 years CNC machining experience. • Ability to read blueprints, set up own machine, and inspect parts. • High School Diploma required. • Trade School completion preferred. • 5 years machinist experience. • Aerospace and Defense experience is a plus. CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a competent CNC Operator to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. Your job is important since some materials are not easy to shape or handle manually or with conventional equipment. CNC Operators are highly skilled professionals, able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are essential. The goal is to produce high quality parts and materials by programming machines to perform the right operations.
