Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications): • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing technologies or equivalent • 2-4 years in experience in a process engineering or manufacturing environment • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft office products • Proficient with blueprint reading and interpretation with GD&T understanding • Proficient understanding of PFMEA, PCP, QS-Stat and quality systems • Understands and can interpret CMM and gage results and apply to correctives • Proficient understanding of machine tooling, fixtures, and workpieces. • Proficient understanding of programs in CNC machines, ability to make necessary offsets or adjustments. • Proficient understanding of cutting tool technologies • Proficient at troubleshooting setup-related issues and working closely with engineering or maintenance to resolve problems. • Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts as required
