Description What you will be doing as a CNC Machinist: In this role, you can expect to set up and operate CNC Mill Turn Lathes to perform basic machining operations like turning, boring, facing, threading, and milling from bar stock. You'll follow process sheets, work instructions, and blueprints to complete your tasks. Start your career with us and develop your skills in a supportive environment! Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): Equipment Operation : Set up, program, and operate equipment to meet production needs Quality Assurance : Perform in-process inspections and ensure 100% quality of products Tooling and Inspection : Select appropriate tooling/gages for production and inspection Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve discrepancies in setup and run times with the shop floor supervisor (Value Stream Leader) Documentation : Manage document and data control for programs, tool lists, and job packets Continuous Improvement : Participate in training, corrective, and preventative activities to drive continuous improvement What you need to be successful: High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level WorkKeys certification is requiredCNC Lathe mill/turn experience is helpfulAbility to lift materials up to 30 pounds is neededGeneral knowledge of programming skills, basic math, blueprint reading, and GD&T skills is helpfulFamiliar with the below is helpful: Okuma OSD - P300Mazak MazatrolHaas Why join us?
