Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join their iron casting team in Beaver Dam, WI. You will be responsible for the setup, adjustment of programs, and operation of CNC machining centers using G and M coding. 1. Setup, programming, and operation of a Haas VM3 CNC machining center using G and M coding. 2. Adjust tool paths in Mastercam software. 3. Actively participate in the design and cutting of new tooling, planning, and rigging of prototypes and jobs new to the foundry. 4. Actively participate with Pattern/Core Box changes when required by customer. 5. Ensure new jobs are completed to facilitate due dates. 6. Repair/redesign existing tooling to reduce scrap. 7. Gate and rig tooling as necessary when time permits. 8. Perform daily shop duties, schedule alignment, pattern check in/out duties as needed. 9. Perform other duties as assigned by management. 10. Perform work in a safe manner in accordance with established safety guidelines. 11. Maintain appropriate attendance record.
