Requirements: · Must be at least 18 years of age. · Minimum of 2 year steady manufacturing experience is preferred. MACHINE experience required for this opening. 2-3 years. (Pay negatable for experience) · Shop floor experience and past use of shop floor tools preferred. · Mechanically inclined · Assembly experience is a plus, willing to train. · Previous experience in measuring and great math skills is also a plus. · Must be detail-oriented and quality conscious. · Required to lift 25 pounds regularly and occasionally 50 pounds. Role: Perform many of the secondary or finishing functions involved in spring making. The process involves painting, racking & un racking, packaging parts, press machine to perform many functions, wire-bending, baking & heat treating parts in large ovens and placing parts into various style grinders, assembly, looping, and more. As the shop floor changes with the product mix, you will have many opportunities to learn several different stations and new positions!! There are many opportunities for advancement for qualified individuals who show promise and initiative. This includes set-ups, machine tending or machine operation, and that’s just the start! You could move into Quality Control, Parts Inspection, Material Handling, Maintenance even Supervision!! Machine Operator Production

PBNA $25.60/ hourClick Here to watch our Realistic Job Preview Video Pay rate is $25.60 +.50 shift differential Position operates one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment. This may include moving raw material handling to the production line, and/or filling, capping, sealing, labeling or packaging product. Removes damaged products or supplies, as needed. Position responsible for production, package, and flavor changeovers. Maintains required product inspection processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently. Position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a long work period. This position requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift and may include stooping, crawling and crouching over and under conveyors. Position may be required to work weekends and/or holidays.
