CNC Machinist/Programmer

Job Description: Job Description The 1st Shift Machinist position is a dynamic role focused on operating multiple machines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include ordering materials, scheduling production runs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and development projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to meeting production demands. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in a Machine Tool program, or 5-7 years of relevant experience required. • 1 year of experience with mathematics, blueprints and metrology tooling required • Experience with G&M codes is a substantial plus • Proficiency with computers, including internet browsers, email communication, printing, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be a team player and self-starter with strong communication skills. • Cross training is required on a regular basis • Must be able to stand for the entire shift and have the ability to lift 50 pounds continuously ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
