Key Responsibilities • Perform complete set-ups and changeovers on Swiss CNC lathes • Edit and troubleshoot G-code programs as needed • Verify part dimensions using inspection tools, CMM, and optical measurement systems • Accurately record production data, part counts, and scrap in the ERP system • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Conduct basic machine maintenance and monitor tooling conditions Preferred Background & Skills • Experience machining complex lathe / Swiss lathe components • Familiar with JobBOSS or similar ERP systems • Background in medical device or aerospace machining • Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset • Able to mentor junior machinists and share technical expertise.
