Job Title: CNC Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate CNC mills and lathes, perform tool changes, execute program offsets, and conduct quality inspections using micrometers and calipers. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on machines. Responsibilities • Operate CNC mills and lathes efficiently. • Perform tool changes and program offsets accurately. • Conduct quality inspections using micrometers and calipers. • Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machinery. Essential Skills • Minimum of 2 years experience in CNC operating. • At least 1 year experience with offsets and tool changes. • Proficiency in making program edits. • Competency in using micrometers, calipers, and blueprint reading. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Familiarity with Fanuc controls, grinder, deburring, and drill press. • Experience with troubleshooting and changeover. • Knowledge of machine shop environment and equipment.
