Job Summary Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Repair and replacement of steam traps, steam system parts, pneumatic controls and condensate pumps. Maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment, walk-ins and reach-in coolers. Maintenance, repair, and Preventive maintenance and cleaning of ice machines. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training Experience: 3 years general commercial HVAC experience. Position Overview: The Office Assistant serves as a key point of contact between our customers, office staff, and technicians.
