Qualified applicants must have 4 years service experience in troubleshooting Commercial air conditioning, heating, exhaust fan, EMS sensors, electrical, electromechanical and mechanical systems. Experience with all types of HVAC Equipment is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities: Visit assigned clubs according to weekly schedule. Act on open service issues identified by our work order generated system. Perform equipment inspection and repair on any equipment found faulty. Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with Company preventative maintenance procedures. Using our Equipment Maintenance computer program, report service work performed, place orders for parts needed for equipment repairs and enter requests for manufacturer warranty service as applicable. Communicate with Service Coordinators on any parts or service not received within expected timeframe. Maintain our in-house system for keeping track of orders placed, orders received and orders that are outstanding.
