Primary Function Responsible for installing, operating and maintaining all heating, ventilation and cooling systems in the hospital. Test heating and cooling water and add chemicals as needed. • Conduct preventative maintenance necessary to maintain all equipment. Repair any equipment that is not operating properly • Install all new equipment including duct installations and piping medical gases. • Perform all other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications and Specifications: Vocational/technical training and a minimum of five year’s job-related experience or equivalent is required. RI Refrigeration License is also required.
