Our work environment includes: • Growth opportunities • Relaxed atmosphere • Company perks • Flexible working hours • Lively atmosphere Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues • Install and connect electrical components and wiring for HVAC systems • Collaborate with other team members to complete installation and repair projects • Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions Skills: • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude • Experience in appliance repair or HVAC/R field is preferred • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs • Effective communication skills to interact with managers, supervisors, and team members Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications and Experience of HVAC Maintenance Technician: • A high school diploma or GED is a requirement, along with a preference for formal HVAC/R education. • Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC/R, with those who have 5 or more years of experience being strongly preferred. • A universal EPA certification is a must-have, and those with a state journeyman license are prioritized. • Proficient in the utilization of HVAC diagnostic instruments, electrical and refrigeration units, and technical schematics. • Competency in multitasking efficiently, communicating proficiently, and resolving issues effectively. • Demonstrating a clean driving history and readiness to travel as much as 50% of the time.
