HVAC Technician Objective The primary objective of this position is to maintain the property’s high curb appeal. This includes overseeing the interior units, hallways, exterior entrances, and amenity areas. • *Essential Duties and Responsibilities** 1. Assist in preparing market-ready units and monitor the condition of units scheduled for move-ins. Conducted final checks of units just before residents moved in. 2. Respond to routine work orders within twenty-four (24) hours and complete the work within the same timeframe. 3. Maintain swimming pools, amenity areas, spas, and fountains. 4. Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas. 5. Implement a continuous painting program for doors, handrails, and hallways throughout the community’s common areas. 6. Be available for on-call duties as required. 7. Complete in-house rehabilitation of units and exterior. • *Qualifications** 1. HVAC certification is required, and EPO certification is required. 2. CPO certification (recommended). 3. High school diploma or GED. 4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family housing. 5. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, appliance repair, pools and spas, carpentry, and general construction. 6. Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance, along with a professional demeanor and work habits when interacting with staff, vendors, and the public. 7. Valid driver’s license.
