Responsibilities: Site Estimation and Planning: o Conduct detailed site assessments to estimate the requirements for HVAC equipment installation. o Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop installation plans and timelines. o Evaluate site conditions Team Leadership: o Lead and manage installation teams across various locations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. o Provide training and mentorship to team members on installation techniques and safety standards. Responsibilities: • Independently manages multiple Test and Balance projects of varying size and complexity. • Oversee TAB field crews to ensure adherence to procedures and accuracy in testing • Request and review mechanical drawings, HVAC submittals, and specifications to assist TAB team with areas of focus • Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors • Participates in contractor meetings for project planning and scheduling • Manage change to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Review Test Air Balancing Reports with our engineering team and contractors to develop a scope of work addressing site issues or deficiencies • Communicate directly with customers, account management and executive team to provide updates of findings and recommendations • Manages project associated with approved recommended solutions • Handles customer escalations and ensures timely resolution. • Offers remote support to vendors/contractors during test and balance • Reviews surveys to ensure accuracy and quality of work align with Budderfly standards • Holds contractors accountable for any communication, coordination, or installation issues, including completion of punch list items • Performs the job close out process, ensuring all documentation is filed appropriately and post surveys have been uploaded and approved by all necessary parties • Responsible for managing the financial execution of assigned projects to budget • Review contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and all necessary supporting information has been provided. • Other job-related duties may be assigned.
