Job Description Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalency. • Special education and/or vocational training. • 6-10 years’ Maintenance or equivalent experience. • Possess advanced problem-solving/troubleshooting skills on production/facility equipment. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: • First point of contact for facility furnaces and leak check machines including preventative maintenance, repair, and problem-solving. • Complete regulatory preventative maintenance as assigned on all furnaces, Pfeiffer leak check machines, vacuum furnaces, etc. • Assist in maintaining the preventative maintenance program, ensuring proper documentation of work order completion metrics and identifies areas of improvement. • Maintain spare parts inventory on all furnaces including but not limited to CAMCO, leak check machines, etc. • Works cross-functionally to assist in the planning of machine installation and/or departmental layouts. • Complete all required trainings annually • Perform routine maintenance of furnaces to NADCAP specifications; assists with NADCAP audits as necessary. • Possess intermediate working knowledge of primary facility systems (I.E., HVAC, electrical, water, etc.). • Ensures various security systems are properly functioning (I.E., fire detection and suppression, building access, etc.) • Possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft • Assist in operating and maintaining machine coolant recycling system. • Possess commercial electrical knowledge including 3 phase electrical installation. • Utilize proper PPE, safety equipment, and follow all safety procedures. • Ability and willingness to cross-train employees as needed based upon knowledge and experience. • Other duties as assigned.
