We are looking for qualified Installation Technicians, Service Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians to Join our team but also ARE willing to train the right individual. We work on a wide range of equipment from residential houses and multi family buildings, light commercial, large scale commercial service accounts, and much more. Responsibilities and Duties • As an HVAC technician you will work in a wide range of settings including residential, light commercial, agricultural, industrial, etc. • Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on all different kinds of HVAC systems and types of equipment. Make an informed diagnosis and perform quality repairs. • Willing to work from heights (ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts) • Dependable to show up daily and on time • Follow instructions and be willing to learn in your weaker areas Qualifications and Skills • 2-5 years experience. • Valid driver's license and good driving record • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment. • Advanced customer service skills. • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques. • Universal EPA Certification • Possess required hand tools (application specific tools and power tools supplied) BUT • We are willing to take aboard and train the right individual who wants to learn and succeed in this trade!
