Experience • Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred. • Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is essential for success in this role. • Experience in appliance repair or property maintenance is a plus. • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose equipment issues quickly. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles.
