In this essential role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment for our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support the seamless operation of our world-class culinary team.
