Basic HVAC Knowledge: • Understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes. • Familiarity with ductwork, line sets, thermostats, and drain lines. Work Experience: • 1–2 years of hands-on experience assisting with HVAC installations (residential or commercial). Technical Skills: • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Able to run drain lines, wire up units, and assist in system startups. • Basic understanding of low-voltage wiring and controls. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces like attics or crawlspaces. • Able to work in various weather conditions.
