General Requirements • 5+ years of Commercial HVAC experience • Strong knowledge of refrigerants • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics • Strong communication skills and safety awareness • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation • Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying conditions Preferred (But Not Required) Certifications: • EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification • OSHA 10/30 Safety Training • Boom & Scissor Lift Certification • Rigging/Crane Signaling • Forklift or Lull Operator Training • First Aid/CPR Working Conditions: • Physically demanding environments: climbing, lifting (up to 75 lbs), working at heights and in confined spaces • Projects span industrial facilities, construction zones, and active job sites • Monday–Friday schedule with possible Saturday work based on project needs • Shifts generally begin between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM Why Work at Labor Connections LLC?
