Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems Keep accurate records of all work performed Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations Requirements: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (3 years+) Hard working and motivated Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to read and interpret schematics and design specifications Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and components Knowledge of property maintenance and repair techniques (a plus, but not required) Ability to troubleshoot and critical thinking skills Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Changes motors, belts, bearings and pulleys. • Be responsible for maintaining heating and air conditioning equipment. • Be willing to help with other maintenance work when needed. • Keep a close inventory of equipment and supplies. • Be responsible for keeping service truck in good order, both mechanically and the parts stored inside of truck. • Replace filters.
