Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, equipment repair, and field service operations. Responsibilities • Maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential settings. • Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using schematics and technical manuals. • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity. • Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. • Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and pumps. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service operations. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance needs. • Document all work performed accurately in service reports. • Sales Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems • Familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. • Ability to perform equipment repairs effectively while maintaining high safety standards. • Experience with appliance repair is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Valid driver's license is required.
