Experience There is no minimum years of experience because that is no way to mark a skill level. If you worked for a busy shop like ours for 5 months you could know and have seen more than someone that has been working in new construction track housing. No two installs are the same. It is useful if you know the building codes for Clark County as it applies to retrofit installs. Many of those codes are like municipalities across the USA. You will be installing some high-efficiency furnaces and air conditioners. Most of the work will be installing 80% furnaces and 14 SEER air conditioners. You will also install an occasional ductless system. We Install Rheem brand Heating and Air Conditioning equipment because it has the strongest warranty available. We also offer the longest guarantee on our workmanship so someone that is a little retentive about their handy work will feel right at home.
