Overview Looking for self-driven and dependable help to join our Cedar City team, and grow with our company. This is a position for both experienced and entry level installers. No prior experience is necessary as we will train self-motivated individuals. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Precision has projects going on from St George to Idaho Falls and everywhere in between. We are multifamily specialists and as such it accounts for the largest share of our projects. This position is in outdoor conditions for a majority of the work, and does require occasional lifting of items up to 100 lbs. Our typical schedule is 7:30am - 4:00pm, with a 30-60 minute lunch. Pay Range, Benefits, and Perks Journeyman positions start at $16+/hr depending on experience, with a review after your first 90 days for higher consideration. With new projects starting each month, we offer many opportunities for potential growth and advancement. There is one week of PTO, and an additional five vacation days per year after your first year of employment. Increasing benefits with continued employment. All employees have access to a tool account to ensure they are properly outfitted.
