Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and skilled Selling HVAC Technician to join our team. As a smaller company, we treat our employees like family and provide a clear path to earning $100,000 or more annually in this industry. The ideal Service Tech will have hands-on experience with tasks such as installing/replacing capacitors, blowing out condensate lines, washing coils, verifying thermostat operation, replacing filters, checking temperature splits, inspecting contactors, checking amp draws, and more. Just as importantly, the right candidate will be comfortable having honest conversations with customers about the value of membership programs and recommending necessary repairs. Technicians are responsible for ensuring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems run efficiently and effectively — and to reward your efforts, we pay commissions weekly! Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. • Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs. • Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. • Assist in the design and implementation of new HVAC systems as required.
