JOB SUMMARY: Manages and coordinates the work of Engineering shift placing particular emphasis on overseeing the quality of the technical maintenance of casino facility. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Keeps equipment, systems, building and grounds ready for use by completing preventative maintenance schedules; restoring and repairing faulty or inoperative equipment and systems; recommending changes and new installations. • Completes HVAC maintenance operation requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Responsible for compliance on OSHA requirements and company safety program. • Skilled in various mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical. • Monitors facility systems and equipment, and make adjustments and repairs as necessary. • Must have the ability to operate heavy equipment. • Complies with required codes and standards by directing and monitoring and inspecting systems and equipment. • Implements changes, expansions, and additions to systems and equipment by identifying problems; keeping abreast of new developments. • Must be able to operate heavy equipment. • Assists with set up for special events. • Performs other job related duties as assigned. Experience may substitute for schooling. • Good character, motivated, hard working. • All Certifications for Electrical & HVAC, as well as commercial experience.
