Our priority is taking care of our employees who are our biggest assets. The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. We will train you on the job with paid training included. Full-time year-round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. The primary duties of an Install Technician are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces The main responsibilities of an Install Technician involve performing retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working as part of a team, technicians remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Each system undergoes safety and performance testing, including checks for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. Customer service is a key focus. Daily tasks include handling technical aspects of the job, processing payments, providing clear and detailed information about each home and its needs, and maintaining inventory on the service truck, among other duties.
