Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to weld and perform basic mechanical repairs. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory. This position is required to comply with MPCA and EPA regulations for refrigerant handling and recovery procedures.
